Hello guys, new to the board and the Rover community. Bought a 1975 RHD Series III 2.25L Petrol and working on a slow restoration as it's my daily driver (I live in Austin). Today I changed spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor arm, condenser and points. Followed the manual to the word, set the gap according the the book (0.014in) and now it won't start. Turns over great, getting plenty of fuel, but it won't fire. I'm not the most mechanically inclined, so any suggestions would be greatly...

(our camera tie into GPS systems and I wanted to do some testing with the 76) I asked Rick Russell where he recommended to get it from, and he said to go to 4x4books.com (Rick does maps and off-road videos locally here in the Southwest, and I had loaned him a camera for a video shoot)

I found that www.4x4books.com and www.GPSnow.com (same company) had the best prices by far, and usually had them in stock.
I've used MSD 5/6/6A boxes on all types of small block Ford engines from bone stock to heavily modified. I've always felt that the engines started easier, idled smoother, delivered better fuel economy, kept the plugs a bit cleaner and generally just ran better than without the box. I've never had a MSD box fail and if it did it would only take a minute to bypass it and go back to the stock arrangement. Has anyone tried one on the 2.25?

Len
